Developing a reciprocal relationship with the natural world is an integral part of sustaining a healthy and balanced life. Slowing down and creating a meaningful and intentional relationship with the natural world is one of the most practical and beneficial forms of therapy I have found.
This includes: therapy outside, one-on-one nature mentorship, group nature time
